Every project is priced from an on-site measurement, because these variables change the number far more than square footage alone:

How long it takes
A typical residential patio is a two to four day project on site depending on prep and decorative work. Light foot traffic is usually fine after a couple of days; furniture and normal use after about a week.

A broom finish on an easy-access site is the low end; stamped, colored, and sealed work with demo, steps, or grade changes sits well above it. We price every patio from an on-site measurement rather than a square-foot guess.
Is concrete or pavers better for an Indiana patio?
Both work here. Poured concrete gives you a continuous surface with fewer joints for weeds and less long-term settling, and it usually costs less per square foot installed. Pavers can be lifted and reset individually and hide movement well. For large entertaining areas most of our Central Indiana clients choose stamped or decorative concrete.
What is the best time of year to pour a patio in Indiana?
Late spring through early fall gives the most predictable conditions. We pour into colder weather using mix adjustments and protection, but scheduling in the moderate months keeps finishing and curing simplest.
Do concrete patios crack?
